What is Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW)?
Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW) is a special worship experience for children ages 4 through 2nd grade that takes place during the 11:00 AM Mass (October through April). It is not separate from the Mass, but an extension of it, allowing children to hear and reflect on the same Sunday Scriptures in a way that is engaging and appropriate for their age.
During CLOW, children hear the Word of God using language they can better understand, participate in prayer, and learn the responses and postures of the Mass at a pace designed especially for them. They return to the church after the General Intercessions to celebrate the Liturgy of the Eucharist with the rest of the parish community.

More adult volunteers are always needed. Leaders must be at least 18 years of age and completed the Safe Environment Training from the Archdiocese and have had a background check run through the Archdiocese.
